Booking Procedure

We are delighted that you are heading off to Africa with Safari Drive. Just so you are familiar with the different stages of the
booking, here is an outline of our booking schedule;

TO BOOK NOW
Please return the completed booking forms and provide all the required documentation as detailed on
the enclosed document checklist. A 15% deposit is also payable at this stage. We would be grateful
if you could send all of these items together within the next week or so.

ON RECEIPT OF DEPOSIT PAYMENT
As soon as we receive the forms, documentation and deposit, we will send you a receipt for your
deposit payment. We will also send you information on things that you may want to start thinking
about at this stage e.g. vaccinations, luggage restrictions, suggested items to pack, recommended
reading, passports (your passport must be in good condition, have one free page and be valid for a
minimum of six months) etc.

9 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE
Nine weeks before you are due to leave on your trip, we will send you an invoice for the balance
payable.

8 WEEKS BEFORE DEPARTURE
We will need to have received full payment for your trip at least 8 weeks prior to your departure. This
is particularly important if we have arranged flights for you as payment dates are set by airlines and
are generally inflexible. We will send you a receipt by return post.

1 MONTH BEFORE DEPARTURE
We will send you your Safari Drive travel pack, which will include your plane tickets, detailed itinerary,
maps, trip book and other important information for your journey.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR PACK WILL NOT BE SENT UNTIL WE HAVE ALL THE REQUIRED INFORMATION AND FULL PAYMENT
