A night flight to Maun.
Stay overnight at a great lodge near Maun.
Set off early to drive to Moremi, home to an amazing variety of dry and wetland animals, especially hippos, crocodiles and fantastic birdlife.
A second night on the edge of the large lagoon and a chance to explore the area.
Head to the north east of Moremi, an area of forests and grassy flood plains. An outstanding game-viewing area as the abundant game comes to Khwai River to drink.
Plenty of game to be seen in this area, which is known for its rock paintings and large populations of hyena and lion. Old bull elephants are a regular sight at the waterholes. Excellent region for cheetah too.
Driving north and along the Chobe River, for the next three nights you camp on the river banks in an idyllic spot. This area of the park boasts one of the highest populations of elephant in Africa and a wide variety of other game looking to quench their thirst on these rich flood plains.
Leaving the vehicle in Kasane, you are taken by ferry to Livingstone and on to a super lodge in a stunning area a few miles down stream from Victorial Falls.
The lodge is perched on a gorge overlooking a huge chasm and it makes an ideal base from which to visit the Falls.
A transfer from Livingstone to Johannesburg for the flight home.
