Here is a list of just some of our favourite places to visit in Kenya. They are all places that we would recommend for a self drive safari but we couldn't include every single one so if there are any places you are interested in visiting that we have not listed here, please ask us and we'll be able to help.
We have purposefully ommitted certain well known regions such as a the Maasai Mara as we believe that they are not ideal destinations for what we do owing to such issues as over-crowding. We prefer to stick to the less developed and less crowded regions.

A wonderful lodge surrounded by 61,000 acres of privately owned, pristine African bush.

Home to a successful rhino population and superb game viewing region.

Forested park with abundant game and fabulous views of Mount Kenya.

Two of Keya's shallow Rift Valley soda lakes supporting vast numbers of flamingo.

One of Kenya's less well known parks, a great place to see game away from other tourist traffic.

An increasingly popular reserve crossed by the Ewaso Nyiro River, a lifeline for a wide variety of game.
Africa is a truly wild continent and the potential pitfalls for the inexperienced and unsuspecting traveller can be vast.
Independence and freedom to explore are vital ingredients of your safari but so is your safety.
Self driving means you will be taking responsibility for certain aspects of your own safety and you must, therefore, be prepared in advance.
Your preparation will include such things as: full briefings, training, safetly equipment and emergency satelite phones.
We are very grateful to a number of our clients for providing us with the most fantastic trip diaries and photo galleries from their safaris.
