Safari Drive Home

How much does a Safari Drive holiday cost?

All of our safaris are tailor-made, so when it comes to planning your itinerary, we can create safaris of any length (over 10 nights) and they can include as many camps, lodges and campsites as you wish.

We only provide complete holidays that include all you will need for a safe rewarding self drive holiday in Africa. Our prices should not to be compared with "car hire" companies because we believe that you will need everything we include in our prices for a safe experience. There are no hidden extra costs and thinks like Sat Navs with Tracks 4 Africa and Satelite phone with free calls to Safari Drive are all included in the prices.

International flight prices have been excluded from the prices lists however we do have contracts with airlines that are competitive and because Safari Drive is an ATOL Licence (3322) holder with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) your holiday will be covered financially by the CAA. The other reason to ask us to supply the flights is that the connections and transfers will be more coordinated and in the event of strike, delay or airline failure Safari Drive will be able to re-organise your holiday more easily to get your holiday back on track.

Safety on Safari

New Safari Drive Land Rovers Arrive

Africa is a truly wild continent and the potential pitfalls for the inexperienced and unsuspecting traveller can be vast.

Independence and freedom to explore are vital ingredients of your safari but so is your safety.

Self driving means you will be taking responsibility for certain aspects of your own safety and you must, therefore, be prepared in advance.

Your preparation will include such things as: full briefings, training, safetly equipment and emergency satelite phones.
